We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from DUBAND LLC. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable or digital products, personalized items, and services already performed are not returnable unless defective or required by law.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original following the steps above and place a new order.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except where the item is defective or our error. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
